  Art Advisory

We will consider in each case the most effective strategy from a financial point of view, in terms of timing and market conditions, and represent the client when dealing with third parties.

Upon request, we can arrange for exclusive commissioned art works by an artist in a given country, coordinate the technical aspects of the project and manage it until completion.

The value of a collection may be enhanced by applying sound principles of asset management to art investments. To the extent the size and quality of the collection warrant this approach, F&A will advise the client on the appropriate strategy, based on market analysis and updated valuations.

Flexibility, the need for agility and cash on hand to seize opportunities are also driving more and more collectors/investors to establish informal partnerships via small syndicates. F&A can advise clients on this type of partnership structure and represent them in future transactions.

Should a client wish to provide loans to exhibitions, or if a company’s policy is to borrow works from galleries or museums rather than purchase them, F&A can make the necessary arrangements, oversee the loans and coordinate the various aspects of the process.

F&A is committed to business ethics and to the highest standards of professionalism to serve the interest of buyers and sellers: objectivity and confidentiality will prevail in the provision of all our services: as an independent firm, we have no conflict of interest with any of the players in the market.
